Every year I see the FaceBook "game", if you will, of 30 days of being thankful in November. But there is far far more in my life to be thankful for than I can squish into 30 days. So I am going to see what happens if I take this journal and change it into a celebration of everything I am thankful for... for the next 365 days...

Days 2 and 3 of 365
Well... today I am thankful for technology failures. I know... WHAT?!? But I am quite serious. If technology worked all the time, smoothly that is, I think we would likely be a society that is quite disconnected from each other. Because my post yesterday went the way of the dodo (it was a good one too - about my son so I will share it again later) I ended up having extra playtime with him because as any parent can tell you - playtime with kids is a marvelous way to boot stress. Actually allow me to amend that, lots people of all walks of life (parental or other) can attest to the benefits of playing with (or even like) children.
